Information collected
Mona Solutions may handle:
- your name, role, organisation and business contact details;

The website does not provide user accounts, a contact form or a newsletter sign-up. Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and has been agreed in advance.
How the information is used
Enquiries and proposed work
To respond, understand the requirement, assess scope and fit, and take requested steps before an engagement. The lawful bases are legitimate interests and, where applicable, steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
Consultancy engagements
To agree, deliver and administer services, communicate with the people involved, invoice and manage the engagement. The lawful bases are contract and legitimate interests.
Business, legal and security records
To keep appropriate financial, tax, professional, insurance and compliance records, protect legal rights, and maintain the security and effective operation of the website and business. The lawful bases are legal obligation and legitimate interests.
Mona Solutions does not sell personal information and does not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
How long information is kept
- Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are normally retained for up to 12 months after the last substantive contact.
- Contract, delivery, invoicing and tax records are normally retained for six years after the end of the relevant engagement or accounting period.
- Information may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, insurance or dispute purposes.
Information that is no longer required is securely deleted or anonymised.
Website hosting, analytics and cookies
This website is hosted using ChatGPT Sites, provided by OpenAI. The service records traffic automatically and provides Mona Solutions with aggregate information such as unique visitor and page-view counts. OpenAI may process technical and usage data to provide, secure and operate the service. See OpenAI's privacy policy and cookie policy.
Mona Solutions has not added advertising cookies, behavioural tracking or third-party marketing analytics to this website. If non-essential cookies or similar technology are introduced in future, this notice and the consent arrangements will be updated before they are used.
